Tara Banach This is the only album I've listened to for probably two weeks. Can't get enough. Perfect for driving across Texas on an empty stretch of highway. One hand on the wheel. One hand on babe's knee. Maybe babe is dozing off with their lovely face against the window. Maybe they're drooling a little but in a cute way. You get the picture. It's a great album.

the record: “I woke up early in West Texas on a long drive with my
friend, Susanna, intuiting that we weren’t quite east enough. My mind
was set on a glowing hill of granite, and my body was trying its best to
catch up. Vortexas Vorever is a tribute to that homeward-bound chase,
and a document of what happens when you get where the geology
demands.”
